Self Catering Ruculi: Price list 2012 :

Prices for one apartment a week with arrival and departure on saturday (or wednesday) and from 07/07 until  25/08/12 only on saturday.
When you arrive on other weekdays (only possible in the low season), we will put in charge upgraded prices.
For short journeys we will make the price and we don't calcolate week price / 7  x days of journey.

Included in the price: gas, electricity, water, heating and final cleaning (we kindly request to leave the apartment, cleaning the kitchen part) .

To pay at arrival: deposit of Euro 100,00 for clients, which reserved by agency. Our privat clients are kindly requested to pay the bill on arrival day  (cash or with credit card).
Touristtax: Euro 0,50 a person a day.

Animals are welcome: Euro 30,00 extra a week.

To bring with You: Covers for eitherdown and pillowslips and towels etc. It is also possible to rent: bed linen Euro 10,00 a person, towels  Euro 5,00 a person,

You will find single eitherdowns in the apartment; no woolen blankets anymore! So we kindly request to use them only with the covers for eitherdowns. These you can bring yourself or rent here: Euro 5,00 only cover / person and Euro 10,00 cover for eitherdown, pillowslip and matress cover / person.

Account reservation: With your reservation we request to send us an account of Euro 100,00. When it doesn't arrive in 15 days we are not longer obligated to reserve the apartment. In case of cancellation, we keep the account. When we have other apartments available, we still keep value the account for another reservation in the current year. If you cancel 15 days before arrival day or less, then the account remain to us and is not possibile to use anymore! (in this case it is also possibile we put in charge a penalty)

Advance booking: When You book until 28/02/12, You will receive a discount of 5% (not included the eventual extras).

Arrival: Wednesday and saturday, in high season from 07/07/12 until 25/08/12 only on saturday. From 4.00 p.m. until 7.00 p.m. Arrival on other week days only on request. When You arrive some day later, we don't make any repayment.

Departure: Wednesday and saturday, in high season from 07/07/12 until 25/08/12 only on saturday. Departure until 10.00 a.m.  For departure on other week days, only on request. When You have to leave earlier, we don't make any repayment.
