Prices are for apartment/week with arrival/departure on saturday

For short stays and arrival on other week days, the price will be made of us.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

For reservations, check-in, the apartment key, payments and  various information during your stay please go to RESIDENCE RUCULI - OLDESIO DI TIGNALE  you will find it on the main road , 100 mt. after Al Terrazzo Resort & Restaurant.

Included in the price: gas, electricity, water, heating, final cleaning, bed linen and towels (please indicate with how may persons you will arrive in your reservation).
The clients are kindly requested to leave the kitchen clean and take away your garbage in the container.

To pay here: rest of the bill at arrival in the reception of RESIDENCE RUCULI and also Euro 50,00 for the key, which you will get back on departure.

Eventual extra: extra cleaning during the week Euro 30,00
Bed linen change Euro 15,00 a person
Towels change Euro 5,00 a person
Animals: we are sorry, but not allowed!
Touristtax: Euro 0,50 a person a day

Arrival from 4.00 until 7.00 p.m. (please come in reception of Residence Ruculi)
Departure  until 10.00 a.m. (You are kindly requested to bring in the key in reception of Residence Ruculì and so you will get back your Euro 50,00)

Early bookings:
For reservations until 28/02/2012, you will receive a discount of 5% on the price of your stay (eventually extra not included)

Account for reservations:

If we don't receive the account until 7 days, we dissolve the duty to reserve the apartment. (Naturally before we cancel the reservation, we will send you an e-mail to be sure that you didn't made the bank account and that is in arrival)
In case of annullation we detain the account. Eventually you can use it during the year for another stay, this depends if we have still apartments available.
(You can also cede it your parents or friends.) If you cancel 15 days or less before arrival day the account remains to us and isn't usable anymore! (eventually we put in charge penalty)
